ReplyDeleteb)The best program (even not counting scripting) is RPG Maker VX Ace. The database alone and what it's capable of is so much better than any of the RPG Maker's before it. The only feature that 2k3 offered was a side view DBS and ATB that is on the edge of legality itself since Square Enix owns the copyright to that feature (Hence why it likely wasn't included in any of the RPG Maker's after that time, and also why you don't see an ATB in anything besides Final Fantasy games.)
